Prenatal yoga — small group classes
Safe, supportive and evidence-informed prenatal yoga in small cohorts across Toronto. Tailored sequences for each trimester, breathing and pelvic health work, and birth preparation.
Why choose small groups?
Groups limited to 6–8 participants for personalised attention, safe hands-on guidance when requested, and efficient progress across your pregnancy.
- Lower student-to-teacher ratio
- Modified flows for each trimester
- Focus on breath, pelvic floor and comfort
Studio safety & protocols
We follow public health guidance in Ontario and maintain enhanced cleaning, ventilation, and spacing. Teachers are trained in prenatal precautions and red-flag screening.

Trimester-specific
Sequences adapt to energy levels and biomechanics per trimester.
Evidence-informed
Focus on pelvic floor, diastasis-safe movements and breathing tools.

Small cohorts foster connection and peer support.
