Terms of Service
By using Glowaccess services you agree to these Terms. Memberships, class bookings, and packages are governed by the conditions below. We recommend reviewing the relevant clauses for cancellations, liability and class conduct.
Privacy & PIPEDA
Glowaccess collects personal information necessary to provide classes, process payments, and communicate with clients. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and take steps to protect your data.
- Purposes: booking, payments, marketing (with consent), safety and admin.
- Retention: data is retained only as required for business, legal, or tax purposes.
- Sharing: we do not sell personal data; we may share with payment processors under contract.

How we verify requests

Refunds & Cancellations
Passes and memberships have specific refund terms. Single class bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours before start for a full credit. Pass refunds are assessed case-by-case in line with consumer protection legislation in Canada.

Glowaccess is committed to accessible services. If you encounter barriers, contact us and we will work to accommodate. For disputes or unresolved privacy concerns, you may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
